Welcome to My Mind My Funk

Africa’s Hub for Mental Health Stories, Resources and Support

Google Feature (2014) - Founder Sitawa sharing the Resource Hub dream

We are so glad you found us.

Our journey began in September 2013 as an extension of my personal blog and grew into a social enterprise best known for launching Kenya’s first free mental health support line, which helped over 11,000 people in its first year.

Today, we operate as a fully digital platform connecting Africans, on the continent and in the diaspora, to mental health stories, resources, and support.

We hope this hub provides you with the resources you need for your wellbeing. Please Note: This platform is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

Sending love + light,
Sitawa, Founder
